Description ResponsibilitiesAdministers assigned accounts in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and policies and terms specified in the governing instrumentMonitors accounts to assure administrative compliance with established policies, procedures and applicable statutes and codesEnsures that operational aspects of trust accounts meet with administrative and investment objectivesActively pursues new business opportunitiesAssist Plan Sponsor in plan design-41(k) and Profit SharingReviews all financial transactions in each account for accuracy and fee chargesProcesses contributions and distributions as requested by the client
