POSITION SUMMARY: Delivers, develops, coordinates, and maintains learning and development programs for all Retail Banking employees. Provides an effective learning experience by role. Conducts retail banking learning content, identifying bank-wide trends and developments impacting retail, and partnering with subject matter experts to deliver training.
