Loan Fund Servicer
The Loan Fund, a line of business within NCALL, provides financing products and services to borrowers that are interested in developing affordable housing, community facilities, or neighborhood revitalization projects. The Loan Fund Servicer (LFS) is a member of a close-working team of professionals and is responsible for the daily operations of servicing NCALL’s loan portfolio. The LFS will monitor the performance of loans and provide excellent customer service to borrowers and other partners. The LFS will oversee all aspects of loan servicing, including preparing portfolio reports, payment invoicing, loan document preparation, maintaining loan files, and funding draw disbursements.
