This teammate is accountable for monitoring the preparation of loan documents, supervising loan documentation personnel, preparing loan packages and protecting the Bank from loss. This teammate provides the highest quality of service to every customer. Essential Functions:  Monitors the preparation of loan documents by providing direction, monitoring processes, procedures and output. Ensures compliance with lending policy and procedures, Bank guidelines and laws (as measured by audit and loan review) in order to ensure the quality of the Bank’s loan portfolio and protect the Bank from loss.
