Description ResponsibilitiesResponsible for inputting and posting all incoming checks and other forms of electronic payment.Responsible for data entry of incoming factoring schedules.Assists in written (faxed and certified mail) and verbal verification of invoices and maintaining files.Assists in written notification (faxed and certified mail) to debtors and maintaining files.Assists clients with research and various requests.Assists in answering phones as necessary.Assists with reports and other projects.Performs additional duties as assigned.
