The Audit Manager is responsible for coordinating and overseeing independent and objective assessments to determine whether all significant risks associated with the bank's environment are identified and appropriately reported to executive management and the Audit Committee.  This position evaluates whether risks are adequately controlled and challenges executive management to improve the efficiency of governance processes, risk management, and internal controls.
