The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for the promotion and account documentation of all bank products and services to individual consumers and commercial clients. Completes various operational processes & procedures, provides customer service, and takes a lead role in business development. Supervises and trains Personal Banking staff to ensure consistency of procedures performed. Demonstrates in-depth product and services knowledge, while serving customers’ needs. Responsible for training new staff on new account procedures and operational functions performed by personal banking staff.
