Description POSITION SUMMARY Performs a critical role in the expansion of the bank’s commercial client base and provides support for all digital banking solutions. Responsible for providing exceptional client first service with the onboarding/enrollment of and ongoing support for the bank’s commercial cash management clients on all digital banking platforms and with all associated products and services. Also supports bank personnel with all business digital banking solutions including the online and mobile applications, all associated services, the onboarding process, compliance, and audit measures
