POSITION SUMMARY Develops and facilitates training for all retail banking employees including new hire insight/transactional training, coaching, mentoring while in training, refresher skills training, and assisting the Retail Sales with new product and sales training. Assists the Retail Sales Manager and Branch Managers with materials to support branch mastery of NSB customer service expectations and standards. Serves as liaison between operations administration and retail administration to identify training needs or policy and procedure revisions with the purpose of maximizing the customer and employee experience.
