Manages the accounting function along with other areas of responsibility by establishing and maintaining the Bank’s fiscal record keeping system by utilizing generally accepted accounting principles, adhering to tax laws and regulatory compliance to properly reflect the financial position of the Bank in each case under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer 2.
