New Tripoli Bank, a $580 million community bank, is seeking a full-time Loan Operations Manager. The ideal candidate has a background in Loan Operations/Loan Systems. This person will manage the Loan Operations Department in order to ensure that all loan documentation is accurate and meets all regulatory and Bank loan policy requirements; ensure department compliance with all operating policies and procedures; and provides periodic reports.  Essential Duties Include: Serves as administrator for Loan origination and closing software, and the Bank’s core operating system. Responsible for system maintenance, changes and upgrades. Investigates new vendors to improve efficiency and service.  Sets-up and then trains support staff
