Duties and Responsibilities: Level I Respond to customer inquiries both by phone and email. Respond to internal customer inquiries via CRM and email. Process Loan Payments. File maintenance Maintain positive relationships with multiple lenders and support staff. Setup maintenance of automatic payments. Verification of Mortgages Assist other areas and special projects as needed. Filing of all documents received. In addition to the above duties, Loan Servicing Specialist II will also execute the following: Payoff Transactions Verification of newly boarded loans Verification of maintenance
