This recruitment will be used to fill three positions. They will be located in Salem or Lake Oswego, based on the successful candidates’ locations, and will be finalized when the job offers are made. Upon hire, the successful candidate will earn a pay differential of 5% of the base salary. Candidates who have an appropriate bank or credit union examiner certification or commission that is current and meet certain experience requirements may be eligible to receive an additional pay differential of up to 15% of the base salary.
