Basic Responsibilities:

Processes mortgage loan packages in accordance with bank policies.  Prepares, schedules and executes mortgage loans that are sold in the secondary mortgage market.  Ensures all necessary loan documentation, including credit reports, verifications and tax returns, are properly collected, updated and executed.  Scans and registers loan packages before sending to underwriting.  Gather additional information as required by underwriting.  Ensures closing attorney has necessary information to close.  Deposits all fees collected at time of application or closing.  Reconciles fees and statements related to loans and prepares any reports such as production or CRAs, as requested.  Assist mortgage originator as requested.  Performs all job functions in compliance with the requirements of banking laws and regulations.  Performs other duties as required by supervisory personnel.
