WHAT YOU'LL DO Busey's videographer will partner with creative and marketing teams to ensure the tone and emotion of all motion pieces capture the specific intent of campaigns. This is a highly collaborative position that requires the production of industry leading work. WHAT YOU'LL BRING Duties: - Conceptualize
- create omnichannel designs, that support lead generation marketing communications campaigns and successfully position the Busey brand to internal and external audiences.
- Storyboarding scripts from SMEs, multiple stakeholders; coordinating; shooting; editing; packaging and publishing.
- Identify and align visual opportunities to advance our brand, marketing capabilities and effectiveness, and educational impact as well as increase our audience's engagement and satisfaction.
- conduct needs analyses for internal customers; design creative video marketing and learning solutions using various techniques; develop short term and long-term video strategies.
- Pre-Production :
- Develop video treatments and scripts that align with our objectives; coordinate video shoots; acquire releases/permissions as needed.
- Production
- Organize needed technical requirements to fulfill proposed video treatment. This may include sound and lighting set up, direction to on-screen talent as well as script writers.
- Post-Production
- Edit videos, including adding motion graphics and cleaning up audio. The content you'll direct and create includes customer testimonials, promotional and branding videos, thought leadership and instructional videos, internal and external company communications, eLearning and virtual experiences, interactive e-lessons, gamification and animation video. You'll coordinate live stream events and studio spaces.
- Maintain a video content calendar with ideas that support brand, marketing, and educational initiatives.
- Documenting and updating procedures.
Knowledge of: - High level of understanding of the operation of HD & DSLR production equipment, post-production, animation
- A working knowledge of location and set lighting; preferred
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to: - Candidates should have the ability to think strategically, be self-motivated and have the ability to effectively multi-task and adapt to rapidly shifting priorities while maintaining strong time management skills.
- Communicate effectively with those being interviewed/recorded in order to make them feel at ease. Must possess strong social skills in order to create meaningful conversation/answers inside of an interview setting
- Flex major collaborative muscles, by working closely with other designers, communication/media directors and account execs throughout the creative process
- Utilize time/project management skills to meet all internal and client deadlines
- Exhibit a strong attention to detail and organizational skills and the ability to communicate within all levels in and sometimes outside the organization
- Promote ethical and creative design
- Actively contribute in brainstorming/creative sessions with design, digital, strategy, content and video teams.
- Partner with internal brand teams to deliver creative outputs designed for unique target audiences, driving desired action from those identified segments.
- Provide technical advice and guidance and serves as liaison to internal/external partners
- Travel throughout Busey's footprint to capture associate and community footage

EDUCATION & TRAINING - Associate's degree in Multimedia, Videography, Animation or related field required
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia/Video Animation, Design or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience preferred
