| WHAT YOU'LL DO Improve user experience and knowledge of Busey brand by ensuring chief search optimization principles are executed and digital advertising strategy reaches throughout the Busey footprint. WHAT YOU'LL BRING Duties: - Develops, optimizes and executes search engine marketing plans and campaigns to ensure revenue, budget, ROI and other business goals are met.
- Analyzes data and identifies trends in order to expand and optimize database.
- Manages pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
- Monitors, adjusts strategy and reports on implemented campaigns and tactics.
Knowledge of: - SEO strategy, tools, trends and techniques to optimize site traffic, user experience and increase conversions.
- Knowledge of technical website elements involved with indexing. Proficient using a variety of SEO tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, TagManager, AdWords, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Moz, Authority Labs.
- Google AdWords, retargeting strategy and social media advertising and how each platform/strategy impacts other media and communication channels.
Ability to: - Actively participate in a collaborative team environment applying SEO and digital strategy skills to identify opportunities and maximizing organic and paid digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with a diverse team on content development to drive organic organizational growth and expanded brand awareness.
