| WHAT YOU'LL DO The Creative Specialist is responsible for creating and producing graphic design solutions and coordinating marketing fulfillment including concept and design, copywriting, editing, and channel management. WHAT YOU'LL BRING Duties: - Create sales collateral, digital and outdoor design, video communication, and print materials.
- Ensure consistency in design and language for the brand.
- Engage in industry trends with the ability to apply new techniques in design, communication, and video to Busey's brand.
- Schedule, coordinate, and follow-up with vendors from project inception to completion.
- Special projects as assigned.
Knowledge of: - Strong oral and written communication skills
- Thorough understanding of layouts, design fundamentals, branding, typography, video production, and digital design with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics
- Working knowledge of office automation
Ability to: - Work independently
- Assess new trends in web and digital design
- Work within deadlines and project scope
EDUCATION & TRAINING Requires Bachelor's degree in graphic design, with emphasis on marketing, communication, or media. Requires 2 or more years of graphic design experience, preferably in a customer service environment. Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (CS6) and Adobe After Effects. Experience with social networks, HTML, CSS, and web development preferred. Requires advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
