We are looking for a Director of Human Resources to join our team and assume leadership responsibility for the daily administration of our human resources functions. This position will develop and guide effective strategies and practices to attract, recruit, onboard, advance and retain high quality talent in compliance with all applicable internal policies and external regulations. We seek a professional individual who has a passion for serving people, while supporting a culture of community and individual respect. We require an individual with a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related business discipline, along with 7 or more years of direct and progressively responsible work experience in the human resources field. Experience in the banking or financial services industry is strongly preferred.
