The Sales and Strategy Coordinator will assist the Sales and Strategy team with the implementation and execution of sales and growth initiatives across all regional and lines of business at Busey. The Sales and Strategy Coordinator will report to the Director of Relationship Growth.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Assist with the development and implementation of all customer experience and community relations initiatives, programs, activities and resources, and measurements within the Busey organization by respective region(s).
Assist the Sales and Strategy team as they assess strategic growth needs of FBC and its subsidiaries and work together with management in the development, implementation, measurement and continuous refinement of First Busey Corporation's overall corporate strategy and the resultant strategic initiatives, focusing on profitability, measurement, organic and external growth, and refinement of specific business lines, regions and entities.
Partner with Sales and Strategy in the development and implementation of all sales and growth initiatives, programs, activities and resources within the Busey organization by respective region(s).
Assist with the development, coordination and execution of business and community development events and activities in support of growth & brand strategies and respective lines of businesses.
Act as a partner with Brand Strategies on the development, coordination and execution of internal corporate recognition and rewards events.
Assist the Sales and Strategy team with the development of sales and prospecting strategies, as well as strategies and initiatives to improve operational efficiency, customer experience and loyalty.
Function as troubleshooter and resource link for sales and service support throughout the organization.
Act as a "Busey Brand Ambassador" - maintain design and integrity of corporate brand and culture internally and externally; perform Brand In Action Audits in corporate markets.
Responsible for assisting other departments across the organization to refine processes, policies and procedures in support of the customer experience, efficiency, brand integrity, and quality control.
Ensure consistent corporate voice and strategic alignment throughout all First Busey Corporation (FBC) entities.

EDUCATION & TRAINING
A 2-year college degree in marketing, business administration or related field is preferred.
Requires 3 or more year's progressively responsible, multi-faceted sales and marketing experience.
Requires 2 or more years banking experience
