We are looking for a talented individual to be part of our Commercial Banking Team. The Commercial Banking Relationship Manager (“RM”) is responsible for managing an existing portfolio of client relationships, working with business owners and real estate professionals to help them achieve their financial objectives and grow their businesses. Through proactive account management and excellent customer service, the RM is expected to nurture and deepen existing client relationships and help to grow the bank’s commercial loan and deposit balances in the Decatur, Illinois market through proactive customer contact, client referrals, and cross-selling. The RM would have designated lending authority commensurate with his or her qualifications and experience. The RM would work independently and in collaboration with other bank colleagues, including treasury management professionals and personnel from other divisions to deliver the products and services offered by the bank. Essential Job Duties: Responsibilities include:
