WHAT YOU'LL DO The Financial Analyst is responsible for conducting financial modeling, planning, benchmarking and peer analysis and monitoring and providing financial analysis to assist the organization in developing reports on which to base financial and strategic decisions. This position is responsible for preparing various internal and external reporting, investigating general ledger issues and other profitability analyses. This position has moderate decision-making authority and must possesses the ability to structure concise presentations of findings, and effectively present this to any level in the organization. EDUCATION & TRAINING Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; MBA preferred 2-5 years of complex financial analysis experience Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office.
