Responsible for training and support of new Data Entry & CIF Specialists.
Ensure on going training and development for the team through regular meetings and the posting of resources and announcements on the Centralized Service Support - Data Entry page On The Level.
Lead, direct and manage the Data Entry & CIF Specialists while partnering with cross line of business teams to present and communicate expectations, impacts and timelines to clients
Conduct performance reviews and hold regular coaching sessions with Data Entry & CIF Specialists to ensure standards of service excellence are upheld.
Perform ongoing analysis of program related data (e.g., KRI/KPI) and develop ad-hoc reports as requested to support business-related programs and strategies
Own and drive identification, transparency, escalation, and resolution of risks and issues to closure
Managing and collaborating with multiple teams, coordinating across different cross-functional initiatives, and reaching consensus with diverse stakeholders to ensure consistency of information and processes in servicing our Pillars.
EDUCATION and TRAINING
BA degree or a minimum of 4 years in customer service, operations, sales or management experience, preferably in a financial institution
2+ years of previous management experience with proven success
Demonstrated project management & leadership experience in financial services
Strong organization, attention to detail, time management, planning skills and the ability to handle multiple competing priorities
Effective problem solving, oral and written communication skills
Effectively utilizing teamwork and leadership behaviors to create a highly engaged environment
Extensive knowledge of deposit, regulations, and related procedures
Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with a passion for learning new operating models, technologies and industry trends
Thorough knowledge of financial exposure and operational risk associated with bank products and services
Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a team environment
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to multiple levels of management, both written and verbal
Previous experience adapting to a fast paced, changing, dynamic work environment while driving results
Ability to exercise sound judgment and make effective decisions
Excellent interpersonal, influencing, communication and partnership skills
