Work collaboratively with Busey's Talent Acquisition and HR teams to streamline the associate experience from time of hire through on-boarding and training opportunities.

Contribute content for annual award submission(s)
Analyze organizational training needs and assess training impact and effectiveness
Design training programs and initiatives to meet organizational and learner needs

Act as Master Administrator for Busey's LMS and related platforms
