Has overall responsibility for the Bank’s Information Systems and Deposit Services functions.  Serves as the Bank’s Network and Personal Computer Administrator.  Facilitates and/or assists in the development and expansion of Bank relationships, technology and products as related to Information Systems.  Exercises direct and indirect supervision over Information Systems and Deposit Services personnel.  Maintains and reviews JCB policies and procedures for regulatory IS compliance.  Responsible for the Bank’s overall security policies and procedures for CIF, LAN/WAN, Internet, E-mail and personal computers and collaborates with the Bank’s AVP, Information Security Officer for purposes of documenting and maintaining information systems security policies and procedures.  Responsible for the Bank’s telecommunication systems, both voice and data.  Oversees and is responsible for the Bank’s Internet and Intranet systems. Has responsibility as Bank’s principal liaison between third party technology vendors and end user departments.  Serves as Chair for the Bank’s Operations Committee and Technology Steering Committee.  Serves as Co-Chair for the Bank’s Cybersecurity Committee; monitors current cybersecurity-related events, including communications and interactions with regulatory agencies.
