BASIC FUNCTION: The Commercial Client Services Specialist works directly with and provides support to multiple business lines to accurately and efficiently onboard new deposit accounts and treasury services and provide ongoing service to existing commercial Clients.
Work with Relationship Managers and directly with Clients to onboard deposit accounts and treasury services for new and existing commercial Clients
Assist Relationship Managers and external Clients with ongoing deposit and treasury support, which includes, but is not limited to:
Opening New Deposit Accounts
Implementing New Treasury Services
Change of Address Requests
Change in Signer Requests
Stop Payment Requests
Provide Requested Account Statements
Provide Requested Check Copies
Wire Transfer Requests
Commercial Online Banking Troubleshooting
Work with the Treasury Management Officer to schedule and provide product installation and training for external commercial clients
Escalate exception requests to the SVP/Deposit Operations for approval, when necessary
Adhere to all applicable established policies and procedures
Cross-train in other areas within the Commercial/Private Banking Client Services department, as needed.

TRAINING & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED
3-5 years previous business banking/treasury management experience
Additional training/education helpful
