The Hicksville Bank, $119 million community bank, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer. This position is located at the main office in Hicksville, Ohio.
The primary role of the Chief Financial Officer is to plan and direct the organization's financial plans, policies and accounting practices, ensuring compliance with State and Federal rules and regulations. Additionally, this person will direct such functions as budgeting, financial reporting, asset/liability management, risk insurance and accounting. This position is a member of the Senior Management Team.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in business administration or finance along with a minimum of five years of work experience in bank accounting. The bank offers a competitive compensation and benefits package commensurate with experience.
