The Senior IT Security Analyst will support an effort intended to design, implement, and facilitate the identity and access management initiatives for Busey. Areas of focus include provisioning, deprovisioning, access control reporting and attestation, and configuration of the IAM solution. Expectations include conducting analysis and providing recommendations in the development of the IAM solution that meet the Bank's security standards and fulfill business requirements.
Additionally, the Senior IT Security Analyst will lead the execution of existing manual access control reviews conducted for all in-scope applications, including the identification of appropriate stakeholders, verification of the accuracy and appropriateness of required access, and validate that all remediation activities are tracked to completeness. Results of these reviews will be summarized and reported to management, as well as, internal/external auditors.

In-depth knowledge of IT General Controls
Ability to gather information, assist application administrators in building access profiles for title-based access, and implement a governance process for updating/removing access profiles and corporate structures change.
Strong team building and collaborative experience to partner with various departments such as Information Security, IT Operations, Company Leadership, Risk Management, Legal, and Internal/External Audit.
Crafts IT compliance processes and procedures; and provides annual review of them.
Initiates and maintains relationships with appropriate external stakeholders to meet program goals.
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.

Education and Training
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, or related field or equivalent experience
2-3+ years experience in IT Audit, Compliance, or Risk Management
Audit or compliance related certification such as the CIA, CISA, CISM, etc.
Information security related training or certification such as Security+, Network+, CCNA, CEH, etc.
Familiarity with Identity and Access Management technologies such as SailPoint, Saviynt, One Identity, CA Technologies, etc.
IS/IT system implementation project experience
Knowledge of information security risk management frameworks and compliance practices
Ability to develop security standards and guidelines based on best practices and industry standards
Understanding of common security standards and regulations relating to the financial services industry (e.g. PCI DSS, GLBA, FDIC, SOX, SSAE18) and information security frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO2700x, etc.)
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
