*Assist Busey Wealth Management in meeting the goals and objectives of the organization utilizing the Wealth Advisory program. *Assist the Financial Advisors and clients with a full line of investment products, including mutual funds, managed accounts, equities, and fixed income securities. *Prepare letters, forms, and reviews to assist with servicing existing clients and prospecting for new clients. *Respond to client correspondence and interact daily, by phone or in person, with prospective and existing clients. *Handle financial operational issues that might occur with statements and transactions. *Process incoming correspondence, checks, mail, and email. *Review daily reports from Raymond James Financial Services and take necessary actions. *Forward all account information to home office for approval and scanning. *Prepare advisor with necessary paperwork prior to client appointments. *Maintain Client Relationship Management (CRM). *Assist with regional activities when requested. *Follow industry, Raymond James Financial Services, First Busey Corporation, and Busey Trust Company policy, regulations, and procedures.
