* Complete quality reviews for all new setup and maintenance items for Commercial Deposit Accounts and Cash Management related services. * Complete ACH review including but not limited to; ACH NACHA violations, ACH return ratio monitoring and ACH limit controls. * Monitor and identify possible risk and fraudulent activities to both customers and the Bank utilizing monitoring software and reports. * Maintain all Cash Management documents. * Maintain the Bank's analysis billing system. * Provide backup support to Commercial Deposit & Cash Management Support teams, including documentation preparation, cash management services setup, maintenance, and training needs for services including but not limited to; ACH processing, business internet banking, business bill pay, sweep accounts, positive pay, monthly and annual CDs, and Remote Deposit Capture. * Other special projects as directed.
Education and Training
* College degree preferably in business, accounting or finance or High School diploma and 2 years related work experience. * Previous banking or finance and customer service experience preferred. * Prior experience in roles identifying customer needs to expand relationships. * Requires strong background working with a variety of PC operating systems and anti-virus software. * Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, and Adobe Acrobat.
