Create and implement corporate learning and development programs, curriculums, and courses across a range of skill levels and leadership capabilities--including the communication and facilitation of trainings and organization of online curriculum and courses.
Design, develop and curate eLearning courses and curriculums, and appropriate communications and timelines on Busey's LMS and related platforms.
Manage online training platforms, highlighting opportunities for specific sectors of Busey associates.
Responsible for the measurement and analysis of talent development metrics and feedback to determine effectiveness of programs; assist with the management of reporting of L&D training or mentor programs.
Work collaboratively with Busey's Talent Acquisition and HR teams to streamline the associate experience from the time of hire through the employee's lifecycle at Busey.
Assist in the coordination of Community Service initiatives.
Support various Busey departments in focused or technical training needs, as appropriate.
Maintain design and integrity of corporate brand and culture.
Requires 5 or more years of training experience or experience in a related field.
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
Requires previous experience using learning management systems.
Requires understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design.
Certification in training and development preferred.
Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office.
