Looking for a Customer Service Rep with banking experience, preferable bilingual English/Spanish, with strong technical skills. As a customer service representative, customers are greatly affected by the way you handle everyday transactions. You must be educated of the services, procedures, and policies of the company and be aware of specific laws and regulations applicable. You are the front line in sales of additional products that Cincinnati Federal has to offer and often times the lasting impression on the customer through either a phone conversation or a face to face encounter. Handling transactions efficiently and accurately ensures long term customer relationships that benefit the account holder, the institution, and you. In addition to technical knowledge it is very important to present a professional image to the customer, dress appropriately, have a pleasant speaking voice, and represent the institution in a professional manner that assures customer's transactions are processed promptly and accurately.
A typical schedule will include 2-4 days a week, with Saturdays required.
Prior banking experience with strong technical/computer skills.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Willing and able to work a flexible schedule and work at all locations in the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area.
Able to work closely with fellow co-workers towards achieving the goals of the organization.
Operate a teller window including accepting deposits and withdrawals processing loan payments, accepting checks for cash, all while identifying the customer and ensuring checks are properly completed and endorsed according to applicable banking regulations. You must also prepare a daily settlement of cash drawer while utilizing balancing procedures and reconciling when out of balance.
Shared duties include assisting customers and other employees in resolving concerns, problems, and complaints; as well as performing a variety of filing, verification, maintenance to accounts, and other back office work.
Provide additional customer service including opening new accounts while following proper procedures, answering phones with professional and friendly phone etiquette and cross-selling additional products and services.
