Will consider entry/mid level administration support who want to advance in the banking field in addition to more experienced/advanced administrator applicants.
In this all levels, employee monitors and maintains the status and daily activities of the bank's network including in-house systems, all personal computers (PC) servers and workstations, all aspects of Windows software, the local-area network (LAN) and the wide-area network (WAN) and all activities related to the security of the bank's networks. Completes backups and disaster recovery testing. Performs all necessary configurations tasks including but not limited to employee additions and deletions, security maintenance, e-mail profiles and Internet access. Performs necessary repairs and/or replacements of failed system components to ensure timely response and equipment availability. Provides assistance in problem identification and diagnosis, takes necessary action to resolve problems as expeditiously as possible and ensures proper functionality of all hardware and software components of the bank's systems. Acts as liaison and point of contact to user departments for all voice and data communications and PC hardware and software functionality. Works with third-parties and third-party software to ensure firewalls, patch management, and all anti-virus software are functional. Sits on Information Security Steering Committee. Experienced/officer position assists with policies and primary contact for exams and audits and is able to complete tasks with little supervision.

Education: Basic Level Associates Network/Computer Science Degree is required for entry level consideration. B.A. or B.S. degree in Business Administration or Computer Science is preferred.
Experience: 1 -2 to years of PC User and LAN Support is required. Work experience in the financial industry is preferred.
Minimum Typing Speed Requirement: 35 wpm
Language Skills: (entry level) Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, procedure manuals, policies and memorandum. Ability to write routine correspondence and communicate effectively and tactfully, orally and in writing with fellow employees, customers, vendors and management. (subsequent levels) Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, memoranda, technical documentation, vendor contracts and proposals, project planning documents and budget documentation; ability to write routine correspondence and reports, systems proposals, service level agreements, project planning documents and project budget proposals; ability to communicate effectively with bank management and staff, vendors and peers in the information system field.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiple and divide in all unites of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to use a basic calculator. Ability to compute rate, ration and percent.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to apply common sense understanding to interpret and execute a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Ability to apply principals of analysis and synthesis to the solution of complex business or technical problems; ability to develop project and operational plans and scheduling and monitoring techniques to meet objectives.
Computer Skills: Preferred experience in Lending and Deposit Software. Network Performance Tuning, LAN Knowledge, Network Design and Implementation, Problem Solving, Strategic Planning, Multi-tasking, Quality Focus, Coordination, Technical Understanding, Quick Study, Technical Zeal. Other preferences: Experience with CISCO routers and switches, Windows 2008 and 2012 Servers, Virtual Servers, Patch, Anti-Virus, and Security Management software. (Also see Education/Experience)
