Bank Operations Manager will have strong ACH experience with an extensive background in banking. The Manager oversees the efficient day to day positions of the operations department to ensure all tasks and functions are completely and properly performed by the staff. The Bank Operations Manager has the overall responsibility for leading and supervising the daily operations of the Deposit Operations, Foreign Payment Operations, Wire Desk, Customer Care, and Fed Funds teams. Provides day to day leadership for Operations Staff.
Associates degree or college preferred with concentration in Business, Finance or Banking.
ACH - AAP Certification preferred
7 years+ Banking experience, with a strong background in Deposits preferred.
Minimum 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, Explorer and Internet Navigation.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong decision-making skills required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Analytical problem-solving skills with an impeccable attention to detail.
