We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist in El Cajon, CA. This role focuses on providing friendly and efficient customer service to assigned bank customers.   

 

 

Essential Functions: 

  • Provides friendly and efficient customer service to assigned bank customers.  

  • Performs set-up and maintenance of customer accounts.  

  • Receives, researches and resolves customer issues.  

  • Serves as liaison between assigned department and other areas of the bank to ensure customer issues are resolved.  

  • Performs other tasks or special projects as assigned. 

 

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm 

 

 

Qualifications:  

  • Typically requires a High School degree or equivalent and 4 years of related customer service experience.  

  • Full application of customer service techniques and practices.  

  • Knowledge of operational procedures of the assigned department.  

  • Working knowledge of Word and Excel software.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $80,000 - $91,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
