The Client Service Associate (Teller) Lead leads the daily activities of client service associates (tellers) at our Escondido branch in Escondido, CA.  If you are passionate about being part of a community, being a team player, and helping others reach their financial goals, then we are interested in speaking with you!  

  

  

Essential Functions: 

  • Leads the daily activities of client service associates.   

  • Coaches and counsels branch staff to improve customer service, sales and operational skills by providing on-the-job training.   

  • Helps develop action plans to meet individual and branch goals.   

  • Ensures the branch provides quality service while protecting against loss.   

  • Maintains advanced knowledge of branch operations.   

  • May supervise branch activities in the absence of, or in conjunction with branch management team.   

  • Expand client base through successful selling and coaching techniques including lending applications, cross-selling of bank services and products and assisting clients in every area of banking.   

  • May be responsible for processing cash transactions and other customer service duties within the branch.   

  • Other duties as assigned.   

  

  

Qualifications:  

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years banking, cashiering, customer service, balancing, other related experience, or successful completion of company approved training.   

  • Advanced knowledge of cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.   

  • Working knowledge of math, must have solid balancing and customer service skills.   

  • Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $27 - $29 hourly depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
