We are seeking a proven, highly motivated, analytical, and articulate individual to support the strategic growth plans of the bank. The ideal candidate for this role will have the skills and experience necessary to fulfill the following responsibilities and qualifications:

 

Responsibilities:

 

·         Position has responsibility for daily branch operations, including management of Tellers and Customer Service staff (excluding commercial and consumer lending staff).

·         Responsible for hiring, termination of, reviewing and counseling staff.

·         Reviews work schedules and ensures adequate coverage.

·         Responsible for keeping branch in compliance with all bank policies and procedures prepares branch for internal audits.

·         Monitors branch service levels and coaches staff to achieve appropriate levels.

·         Responds to more complex customer complaints and questions.

·         Opens and/or closes branch.

·         Communicates and manages promotional campaigns and product initiatives.

·         Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

 

·         Requires a college degree and 5+ years related banking including operations and customer service management experience.

·         An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualification.

·         Working knowledge of the banking industry, branch operations, compliance, regulations, policies, procedures, and products.

·         Strong customer service, relationships building, sales and supervisory skills.

·         Ability to make sound decisions, build relationships and work with a variety of clients, employees, and management.

·         Ability to set and maintain high quality work standards.

·         Must have good communication skills, both verbal and written.

·         Knowledge of computer programs, i.e. Microsoft Office Suite.
