Full term of exp must incld each of the fllwng: Finc'l anlysis, modeling, & forecstng for mergers & acqustns (M&A); Resrchng & anlyzng clients' finc'l situatns, indstry & mrkt data, & M&A opprtuntes; Prfrmng cmparable compny, precedent trnsctn, Discnted Cash Flow (DCF), merger, & lvragd buyout (LBO) anlysis; Anlyzng & intrprtng indstry & mrkt data to inform invstmnt decisions; Assessng value of private & public companies; Quantitative methods used in finc'l anlysis & invstmnt decision-makng; Preparng client presentatns for negotiatns; &, Bloomberg, CapIQ, & LevFinInsights. Remote wrk prmtted w/in commuting distance. 15% trvl reqr'd to domstc &/or intrntnl internal & external clnt mtgs. Rate of pay: $173,555-$275,000/yr.
