Zions Bank has just opened an opportunity for a Program Administrator in our Culture and Community Division, based in Salt Lake City, Utah. In this role, you will be an integral part of a team oversees all of our workplace culture, community engagement and responsibility, and community development programs. Members of the Culture and Community Division work internally across Zions Bank and externally across Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming to help create value for employees, clients, and the communities we serve through a wide range of programs, projects, and initiatives.
You will be an excellent fit for this position if you have these skills and experience:
- Synthesize data and provide reports to management and stakeholders.
- Create reports and present data to evaluate, validate, and support programs.
- Manage, coordinate, establish and lead multiple programs and projects.
- Assist with program development, communication, and marketing.
- Research and design of new programs or changes to current programs.
- Work with wide range of business partners and customers to help implement programs as needed.
- Track and report the performance of programs and analyze results.
- Lead, manage and/or execute multiple projects in a fast-paced.
- Support the programs, events, and operations of the Division with an impeccable attention to detail and a service-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
Qualifications:
- Requires a Bachelor's and some experience with coordinating, implementing and tracking projects, programs and initiatives or other directly related experience.
- Some project management experience required. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
- Basic knowledge of program and project management, creation, coordination and implementation.
- Ability to promote programs and demonstrate good presentation, marketing and networking skills.
- Good research, analysis, organizational and reporting skills.
- Ability to influence managers and employees.
- Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate across a variety of internal and external audiences.
- Ability to accurately document and maintain pertinent information.
- Must be highly motivated, a self-starter, and committed to being a positive contributor to a collaborative team environment.
- Proficient in various applications used to track, analyze, and report on data.
- An interest in organizational development, community engagement and development, community reinvestment, and a commitment to Zions Bank's guiding principles and its commitment to celebrate different, build community, and create inclusive economies.
