The Trust Administrative Officer will be a critical member of Wealthgate’s team of professionals acting as a fiduciary to administer and manage all trust accounts. This role will be based in-person out of our Las Vegas, NV office.

Job Responsibilities
- Participate in all phases of account and relationship trust administration, including (but not limited to):
- Maintenance and input of data in account system.
- Generate and review trust reports and quarterly statements.
- Oversee distributions and investment requests.
- Execute money movements including wire transfers, ACH, and checks.
- Review and ensure all transactions comply with the applicable trust agreement and relevant laws.
- Ensure trust administration policies and procedures are executed properly and develop/implement new, as required.
- Assist with the annual internal and external audits, regulatory reporting, and regulatory/departmental compliance.
- Participate as a member of Wealthgate’s Fiduciary Committee overseeing all fiduciary activity.
- Assist with due diligence reviews of vendors, risk analysis, and other fiduciary administrative items.
- Coordinate with Business Development team in on-boarding new clients and account management.
- Learn and comply with the company’s risk parameters, policies, and procedures.
- Provide focused client service with responsiveness, professionalism, and tact; proactive client contact through written and verbal communication are required.
- Must operate effectively in growth-focused environment where our goal is to solve complex problems as a team.
Qualifications
- Financial services/operations experience, legal experience, or paralegal
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be discreet and dependable, able to manage and protect highly confidential financial and personal information, internally and externally.
- Strong diligence with the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred, but not required:
- Previous experience with Accutech Cheetah and Addepar
- Knowledge of basic trust concepts and vehicles
- Awareness of basic fiduciary laws and investment strategies
