We are looking for a Regional Business Acquisition Manager in San Diego, CA to oversee the following functions.
Essential Functions:
· Works closely with Core Bank Division Head and responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing management of Primary Business Client Growth strategy.
· Ensures proper client assignment, new to bank client onboarding, and a structured/effective client outreach strategy.
· Responsible for the training and development of bankers to be comfortable and confident in client outreach, building lasting relationships, acting as consultative bankers, and driving referrals from existing clients and quality COI's.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Requires a bachelor's degree in business or finance or a related field and 10+ years of lending experience including 8 years managerial experience over a major, multidiscipline segment of the company.
· Expert banking knowledge including knowledge of complex credit structures and advanced lending policies, procedures, and techniques.
· Expert level knowledge in the assigned specialty or market segment.
· Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
· Sound analytical and reasoning skills.
· High level negotiation and written communication skills.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $165,000-242,000 depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
