We are currently seeking a Client Account Service Associate (CASA) to join our team. This position can be located in Salt Lake City, UT or Houston, TX and is part of the Enterprise Wealth Management division. CASA team members manage the execution of client service activities for multiple Wealth Advisors. This position enhances the client experience by providing exceptional service, supporting business functions, assisting in safeguarding client assets, and serving as administrative and operational support to Wealth Advisors.  If you are dependable, eager to learn, and enjoy a work environment that is different every day, we'd like to hear from you.






  • Support Wealth Advisors in all sales support and administrative functions as needed including, but not limited to, new client onboarding, account opening, account maintenance, processing cash flows, engagement with our third-party vendors, pipeline reporting, and assisting with client/prospect presentations.
  • Field client inquiries and resolve service transactions through research, contacting third-party vendors, and partnering with team members.
  • Provide reports, research, and other information to Wealth Advisors and clients, as requested.
  • Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and coordinate with other staff and individuals outside the firm, as appropriate.
  • Manage outgoing mailings, electronic filing, answering the phone, submitting expenses, calendar management, and other items as needed.
  • Support marketing and business development efforts and obtain approvals for Wealth Advisor communications and advertisements.
  • Research information needed for client meetings. Prepare documents, notes, reports, and presentation materials, as required.
  • Organize and assist in the maintenance of complete client account and trade-related records for the Wealth Advisor and certain required files for the branch office.
  • Identify situations that need to be escalated to the Wealth Advisor or Branch Manager, including suspicious client activity or behavior.
  • Take ownership of all advisor office tasks allowing the advisor to grow their business.
  • Special projects as assigned.






  • College Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2 - 4 years of investment/financial service experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of financial services industry and products.
  • Strong client service skills, attention to detail, and excellent follow through.
  • Detailed oriented and be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Efficiently problem solve, be pro-active, demonstrate initiative and multi-task.
  • Ability to create relationships with clients and resolve client account issues.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in office software applications.
