Responsibilities:

 

·         As part of the Enterprise Controls Management Team, responsible for controls validations.  

·         Assess existing controls, work with management to comply with testing requirements.

·         Identify control deficiencies, monitor progress of control deficiency remediation plans, and report controls issues to management.

·         Build good relationship with various Control Planner Groups

·         Recommend and develop processes to identify, mitigate and regularly track risk related to various departments and their areas of responsibility.

·         Familiarity working with RSA Archer system is a plus

·         Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

 

·         Requires a Bachelors degree and 4+ years risk management, analysis, auditing or other directly related experience.

·         Extensive knowledge of risk modeling, analysis and management techniques and practices.

·         Knowledge of various bank/government regulatory requirements and processes.

·         Ability to work with employees and management.

·         Must have excellent communication, organization and problem solving skills.

·         Must be able to meet deadlines.

·         Knowledge of department specific computer applications and software.
