Basic Function

The Treasury Management Systems Administrator will manage existing treasury systems and manage projects to implement new systems and products. This includes new and ongoing product management, new and ongoing vendor management, and new and ongoing project management.

Essential Duties

  1. Partner with Vice President/Treasury Services to optimize our suite of Treasury Management solutions.
  2. Develops, maintains, and implements Treasury Management product roadmap.
  3. Assist with continued management and support of existing products and the development of new products to help the Bank achieve its strategic goals and meet client needs.
  4. Assist with vendor selection, vendor management and contract negotiations.
  5. Lead projects to implement new treasury products and to enhance current products.
  6. Assist with the development and delivery of product training materials for both internal and external clients.
  7. Assist with product related requests from compliance, risk management, and internal audit.
  8. Facilitate the completion of required annual RDC/ACH certifications.
  9. Work with Relationship Managers to complete annual Treasury reviews.
  10. Facilitate annual reviews and updates of product agreements and applications.
  11. Serve as a subject matter expert for all products managed.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Demonstrates high level of Treasury Management product knowledge and product innovation
  • Project management and vendor management skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of credit and operational risk with ability to quantify potential exposure and advise team
  • Demonstrates advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Manages time effectively to balance priorities and goals

Training & Experience

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5 to 7 years product management experience in banking industry
  • 3 to 5 years of project management experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
