The teammate is accountable for daily transaction activity and client support, providing the highest quality of service to every customer. Independent judgment is required in order to plan, prioritize and organize diverse workload.

Essential Functions: 

  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients (both internal and external) through regular communication, with adherence to the Bank’s Culture of Excellence
  • Respond to internal and external customer questions, requests and concerns, both written and verbal, in a timely manner, collaborating and working effectively with colleagues in other departments as appropriate
  • Assist with account set-ups, conversions and maintenance
  • Complete transactions for RPS accounts (including but not limited to payroll contributions, recurring and one-time participant distributions, and loan requests), ensuring accuracy, completeness, timeliness and compliance
  • Perform reconciliations with outside investment manager statements and internal trust asset statements
  • Assist with client communications, both written and verbal
  • Assist with preparation of client and participant presentations, as well as prospective client proposals
  • As directed, provide assistance with preparations for client meetings/luncheons
  • Serve on various Wealth Management committees, as assigned


Qualifications: 

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelors’ coursework/degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role supporting client service professionals; direct experience working with employee retirement plans preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, exhibiting a high degree of professionalism
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills, with strong emphasis placed on responsiveness and customer service skills
  • Proven reliability and dependability, with the demonstrated ability to work successfully with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong team orientation and demonstrated work ethic
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
  • Experience with and good working knowledge of standard computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel
