Zion's Wealth Management group is a specialized division within the bank that offers comprehensive financial services to affluent, high-net-worth individuals, families, and businesses. These services often include personalized investment strategies, financial planning, estate and tax planning, succession planning, and risk management. The primary goal of a wealth management group is to help clients grow and preserve their wealth while providing expert guidance to navigate complex financial situations and achieve their long-term financial objectives. Zion's wealth management is a strategic focus for the Zions Bancorporation expands across eight affiliate banks and manages clients' assets of 14.0 Billion.
We are currently in search of a dedicated Wealth Advisor to join our team of bank partners in the Salt Lake City, UT marketplace. At Zions Bank, our Wealth Management division is supported by a cohesive group of banking professionals, which includes:
- Private Bankers
- Investment Management Portfolio Managers
- Advanced Planning Professionals
- Commercial Bankers
- Business Bankers
- Retail Bankers
As a Zions Wealth Advisor, your role will involve actively cultivating and nurturing robust relationships with each member of the banking team. Your focus will be on delivering an exceptional client experience, evaluating, and offering guidance on various financial aspects, devising recommendations, and actively participating in solution implementation. Your responsibilities will encompass financial planning, investment management, insurance, trust services, as well as coordinating with wealth management specialists to deliver the right solution for the client.
The ideal candidate will:
- Exhibit a strong passion for providing top-tier client service within a collaborative team environment.
- Follow a client-centered consulting process that centers around financial planning.
- Possess an extensive understanding of a wide array of investment, insurance, and banking solutions.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication, relationship management, and sales skills.
- Be adept at evaluating, advising, and supporting the bank's clients effectively.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Hold a Series 7 certification.
- Possess licenses for 65 and 63 or 66.
- Hold a Life Insurance license.
- Possess a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of directly related experience.
- A CFP or CFA qualification is highly preferred.
- Exhibit proficiency in using computers and relevant software.
- Display excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Showcase exceptional analytical and presentation skills
