Job Description:

At EnerBank, the EnerBank Marketing Channel Strategist II provides decision support and direct marketing campaign execution to support marketing needs for the company.

EnerBank USA, a division of Regions Bank, engages in strategic partnerships with home-improvement manufacturers, distributors, franchisors, trade groups, and other organizations (with networks of home improvement contractors) to develop customized white-label loan programs to help them increase their sales as well as attract and retain top dealers.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Implements marketing campaigns and customer centric communications

  • Transfers data to and from internal and external partners for campaign implementation

  • Provides marketing campaign decision support and develops comprehensive campaign requirements/specifications

  • Confirms accurate and complete understanding of requirements and seek clarification where needed

  • Designs, builds, audits (quality control), and executes marketing campaigns within expected timeframes

  • Ensures marketing offers are provided to downstream operational systems

  • Develops standards to streamline campaign development

  • Creates campaign waterfall reports and briefs key stakeholders

  • Ensures correctness and quality of campaigns and execution

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field and three (3) years of Marketing or related

  • Or Associate's degree in Marketing or related field and two (5) years of Marketing or related experience

  • Or High School Diploma or GED and four (7) years of Marketing or related experience

Preferences

  • Knowledge of the financial services industry and applicable products, services, and data

Skills and Competencies

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Ability to learn additional systems as needed

  • Ability to research, analyze data, and derive facts

  • Ability to work in a team environment when applicable

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Intermediate Skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

Multimedia Manager

Regions | EnerBank USA Seeks an experienced and creative audio-visual and design professional to collaboratively build our external communications output.  The desired candidate will work closely with an experienced marketing team, focused on overseeing a variety of marketing campaigns and projects including videography, photography, video production and editing, asset management, and virtual meeting coordination. Ability to shoot and edit video is a must along with a proven record in B2B content and a strong sense of powerful audio-visual development.

Additional Duties / Responsibilities Preferred:

  • Create relevant, original, high-quality content for posting paired with compelling imagery.
  • Asset management including research of photography archives, stock photos, requesting imagery from partners.
  • Arrange/manage video and photography capture when warranted.
  • Develop an editorial calendar to plan timely postings, collaborating with various subject matter experts to develop relevant and accurate content.
  • Coordinate, produce and edit virtual events and webinars.
  • Track success of posted content using key metrics and suggest optimization strategies. Compile reports for management showing results.
  • Stay abreast of the latest social media best practices and trends in addition to monitoring content posted by competitors.
  • Collaborate and support the marketing team on internal and external projects.
  • Test every campaigns success to meet defined goals

Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Preferred:

  • Demonstrated versatility and independence when editing content, strong knowledge of search engine optimization, and how to measure engagement
  • Exceptional knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other popular online platforms.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Knowledge of new media resources and technology.
