Job Description:

At Regions, the Corporate Banking Relationship Assistant will provide general administrative support to senior coverage bankers.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Communicates and interacts with both core and team members from across the firm, as well as with internal partners and product areas

  • Provides administrative and operational support to the team

  • Manages travel arrangements and T&E report submission

  • Helps with phones, book conference rooms and handle catering orders

  • Assists with event execution and logistics and pitch books

  • Maintains the firm's contact relationship management system and other firm databases

  • Assists with special projects as needed to support the evolving platform


This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime under the non-exempt FLSA classification for hours worked in excess of 40 per week.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Two (2) years of administrative support or banking experience in a professional environment, preferably a financial institution

Skills and Competencies

  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management while understanding confidentiality to sensitive information

  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external partners

  • Demonstrated ability to independently identify goals; prioritize tasks and execute tasks to meet deadlines

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in changing, fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrates administrative experience, time management and troubleshooting skills

  • Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our customers and internal departments

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Proactively seeks opportunities to execute tasks effectively; without direct supervision

  • Proven experience working independently with minimal supervision

  • Strong organization skills and able to think analytically

This position will require 3-4 days per week on-site at Regions Charlotte Uptown location. Monthly parking garage reimbursements may be provided.

This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
