Job Description:
At EnerBank, the Contractor Support Representative is responsible for providing inbound and outbound telephone support to program sponsors and contractors.
EnerBank USA, a division of Regions Bank, engages in strategic partnerships with home-improvement manufacturers, distributors, franchisors, trade groups, and other organizations (with networks of home improvement contractors) to develop customized white-label loan programs to help them increase their sales as well as attract and retain top dealers.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provides inbound and outbound telephone support for contractors
- Explains processes and procedures of utilizing the loan program
- Advises contractors of the next steps on applications
- Resolves contractor invoice issues
- Documents conversations with contractors, as well as actions taken
- Faxes ACH receipts
This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferences
- One (1) year of related experience
Skills and Competencies
- Ability to learn Unifi consumer loan origination system
- Ability to multi-task and function in a performance driven work environment
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- This role is available as a hybrid schedule, post training. During training, onsite work will be a strict expectation.
- Expected work hours are Monday through Friday from 10:30a.m to 7:00 p.m MST.
- Available from our Salt Lake City or Provo, Utah office locations.
