CharterWest Bank is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Ag/Commercial Lender to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients with their financial needs, promote bank products and services, and ensure compliance with banking regulations. Your ability to build relationships and manage customer accounts will be key to your success in this position.
The employee will be responsible for the processing of transactions accurately and efficiently. This may include:
- Originate and monitor loans Prospect new customers Analyze customer’s financial statements to make sound decisions Provide information about bank products and services, actively upselling when appropriate Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with financial regulations Comply with bank policies and procedures Other duties as assigned.
Applicants should have:
- Minimum of 8 years of lending experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Competence with computers, telephone systems, 10-key calculator and other office equipment The ability to work effectively as a team member Careful attention to detail and time management Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
