The Role
As Marketing Manager, you’ll develop and execute strategies that enhance our brand visibility, support business objectives, and showcase our commitment to the community. Your creativity and leadership will be pivotal in crafting campaigns that connect with customers and strengthen our presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Marketing Strategies: Plan, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Brand Management: Maintain and enhance our brand identity to align with our mission and values. Community Engagement: Collaborate with local organizations and participate in community events to reinforce our role as a community leader.
- Content Creation: Design compelling content for social media, newsletters, press releases, and advertisements.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with executive leadership, branch managers, and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and successful campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and email campaigns.
- Experience with WordPress is essential.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- A collaborative spirit and passion for community involvement.
